Jan Skácelík was born in 1983 in Olomouc, Czech Republic. After studying graphic design, he worked in various advertising agencies and studios until he devoted himself fully to art. His paintings explore the playful world of geometric and organic forms combined with pastel colors.

From large flat areas of soft colors, soothing shapes and nods to the great movements in the history of art, from cubism to contemporary abstraction, it is an intimate world that Jan offers us.
