History of the product
At first Here looks bi-dimensional, as an atlas; in just a few seconds it turns into a three-dimensional globe. The graphics enhance the paper’s preciousness, tactile quality and texture. Here stands up on its own, it is very light and can be placed anywhere, on a table or bookcase but also on the floor. Here is the world as it should be: as delicate as a poem, both simple and sophisticated, transparent to the point where we can always read our traces on it.
The designer
Francesco Toselli started his academic career in design at IUAV University of San Marino in October 2007, then he earned his bachelor degree in 2011. After some experiences in Portugal and England, he enrolled at the Politecnico of Milan where he achieved MA in 2014. He combined his academic career with several competitions and collaborations with design studios.
His design research is aimed to the coexistence of the product and a continuous experimentation with materials and technology.
