History of the product
A useful and design stool inspired by the shape of a bucket, with a handle formed from a piece of metal. We had to admit it, think about it ! Made in a German workshop, by hand and with high quality wood shaped by excellent cabinetmakers !

The designer
Carl Clerkin is a young product and furniture designer, currently a lecturer at Kingston University, London. Craftsmanship is at the heart of his business, as he sees craftsmanship in industrial objects, through intelligent use of materials.
He describes his work as "useful, playful and charming", as evidenced by his home accessories which have character and are individual. "I usually design things that are useful for the home," Clerkin said. "Function is always the main driver, but I love the idea that the things we live with have character and interact beyond the physical."
