A stool but not that. Used as a bedside table or around your coffee table in the living room, this stool mixing wood and cork is out of the ordinary. A design form, unusual materials and acid colors make this project look like a decorative object.
A comfortable and stable seat made of cork allows you to use it as a side table, as at the end of the sofa or in your living room. Available in many colors, it will be easily placed in your decoration and its demanding production will allow you to keep it for a very long time.
With a deep look and a skilfully neglected cut, the young Romanian architect Dragos Motica is a committed and mischievous designer. With a diploma in his pocket, he founded his first creative studio very early on and quickly became famous with an iconic creation, the "/" lamp, whose use is conditioned by breaking it. Through this project, he tries to question the future of the object, a primordial question in a consumer society such as ours.
His projects are many times noticed by institutions and are found in important facilities in Russia, Greece or the United States. Side furniture, he likes massive woods directly from his country, generous and responsible materials. The ecological impact is for him a key factor. His collaboration and his projects with the Romanian studio Ubikubi have been hailed by the world of Design. A talent to follow !
